The above picture is of me and my two younger siblings. They drive me crazy, but they are two of my best friends. I am very passionate about meeting new people and forming a strong community; a huge part of strengthening interpersonal relationships is understanding cultural backgrounds, which is exactly why I look forward to the knowledge I will, no doubt, gain from this course. I believe it is important to take notice of the things, people, and places that make us effortlessly happy. A few of mine include, but are certainly not limited to the following: sunlight through tree leaves, the smell of books, worship music at church, hugs from my mom, and really big fireworks.
