The agreement has been made between the first party and the second party. Provided that the second party works for the first party with the position of ______  salary amount of ______ SAR . paid for him at the end of every  Hijri month . the duration of this contract is a complete Hijri year , it renews off-hands at the end of it or eliminates based on one  of the parties desire. The employee has the right to take a vacation for 30 days during the term of the contract granted by the first party’s approval and based on the work conditions. The first three months considered as an experiement to test the second party’s activity and seriousness at work . the second party is committed to work at the particular place that has been given by the first party and with the required manner , and within hours determind by the first party which corresponds with the emp;oyement and the labor system in Saudi Arabia . this contract is considered valid starting dirictly after the second party signs .

It will be paid at the end of each month (A). This term is considered for one year, and it is renewed automatically when it is finished or, it is eliminated by any party. Employee can have vacation for 30 days during the term of the contract unless the first party agrees on that, and it depends on work circumstances. The first three months are considered as test to know how the second party is active and his seriousness in work. The second party should committee to work in place that is determined by the first party, in a way that is required and within the number of hours 

That is determined by the first party corresponding to the worker and work system in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

This contract is effective starting from the first day of work by the second party.

A contract was made upon  the two parties, wherein the second party will work for the first party as ….. with a monthly salary of (…) SAR received at the end of each Hijri month.
