We were studied at same University .I like him because he is sociable and friendly, in other words he is an extrovert, but in my veiw person should be moderate .talkative it's adjective which it has more harm than Good.always I was talking to him you have take your time to making decision.

I am myself an introvert, I've never felt that it's something bad, I'm really comfortable with it, I'm really quite and independent since I prefer working alone, being an introvert means thinking deeply and quietly, I feel overwhelmed and stressed around people, unlike my dad he's such a sociable person with a lot of friends, he's a great example of an extrovert.
