Made a poster and attended a presentation with a woman called Lucy who ran us through recycling

I managed to learn a lot around rules and facts about recycling

To understand more about recycling and how to do it effectively

Take the bus to collage everyday and walk from the bus stop

2-what went well

It saves fossil fuels and it realises less harmful emissions to go into the air.

If I could walk a bit further to remove more of my carbon footprint

I recycle my plastic and my cans when I am at home but also use them when I am in college.

2-what went well

I help the environment and always look for the recycle sign.

Recycling everything and make sure I am always putting things in the right bins.

1- explain the activity

I had to take control of a group and conduct a activity to build a bridge made of pasta, paper and Sellotape

2- what went well

when taking control i had the confidence to tell people where to go and what to do in the group to improve efficiency and use everyone's skill to the best of our ability

3-what could have gone better

i could have taken better care of the time in the group and listen to everyone's ideas fully before making a decision

i have to lead of cadets through a building and conduct a building sweep and clear

2-what went well everyone knew what there position was and what to do when a situation came up and how to deal with controlling the situation

3- what could i have done better

i could have gotten them ready quicker and ready to clear a new building straight away so we could have been more efficient.

i had to captain a football team when i was in a team when i was younger

what went well

i lead the team to a win and had a really good game and praise the team when they did something well

but i coulf have been louder and directed the team to calm down when things got heated

when I worked in a café it was only one or two people in at a time so we had to fid a system that worked for both of us and we managed to get it done in time for the rush of people in the following weeks.

what went well-

what went well was that we were able to care for everyone that came in and we were able to deliver a good service

what could have gone better-

the thing that could have gone better is not give then a cup of tea when they asked for coffee and same as the other
