The wages would hopefully be increased, housing options would be more fit for people instead of run down rat infested apartment buildings, the infulence of ignorance and stupidity would hopefully be lowered, and we'd also hopefully have more sensible people who dont go around picking fights with people for unnecessary reasons, prostitution and drugs will be reduced, police would patrol here more often, events and parks will be more abundant.
