At our hospital on a med/surg floor we basically only get a blood pressure every 4 hours. This device would give us real time readings continuously. This device also can give us oxygen saturation, ECG and End Tidal Volumns. With this innovation being started at our facility as a new device, we would need Carlee and Amelia to make sure that the staff is consistent by using this device on every patient, every day. Amelia would be great in training the staff to adapt to using a device that has never been used at our facility. Matthew would be my go-to person to make sure we are maximizing our training so that everyone will be more comfortable in the use of the blood pressure device. Randall would be used to make sure the devices are kept up to date and in good working condition before, during, and after each patients use. Last, but not least, we have Abraham who will be the one pushing to keep every part of this project running smoothly.
