Hello, Kuys Ethan!

I know we’re not exactly the closest when it comes to personal things, but I still want to say this from the bottom of my heart—I’m really, genuinely grateful that I got to meet you and that you became part of my RPW journey. Even if our interactions weren’t always loud or constant, just having you around made such a meaningful impact.

You’ve become someone I quietly look up to—not just because of your impressive mindset and how you carry yourself, but also because you’re genuinely good at what you do. Whether it’s the way you lead, how you interact with others, or simply how you hold space for everyone, there’s always something admirable in your presence. You bring both strength and calm, and that’s something rare.

I may not always be expressive, but please know that I see and appreciate all the things you do—for the team, for Mahikofi, and for each of us individually. The way you show up, even in the smallest ways, doesn’t go unnoticed.

So thank you, Kuys. For existing in this space, and for being someone worth looking up to. I truly wish we get to know each other even more in time.

Take care always!

xoxo,

aely

We appreciate you. We thank God and your parents for bringing you into this world. We're grateful to have your jolly personality when you're really not like that in the first place.

I hope this simple gift from Lane and I will cheer you. Love u broski. /p

Hello, CEO.

I had to pause and think, has it really been five months? Maybe more? Time's been moving fast lately, and I guess that’s what happens when someone comes in and sets things in motion the way you did. (I'm really sorry for being inactive lately, I'm struggling but I want to make some efforts for this kahit na wala akong energy.)

When you became my CEO, I didn't know what to expect. But since then, I've seen growth in the work, in the staffs, and honestly, even in myself. You brought in a kind of leadership that doesn't need to shout. It doesn't demand attention, it earns it. Quietly, steadily, confidently. You have a way of making direction feel natural. Of setting a standard without making it feel like pressure. It is something I've genuinely appreciated. It is not just about tasks or timelines anymore, there's a sense of shared purpose. And I think a big part of that is because of how you carry the role. You lead with presence, but also with trust. You let people do what they're good at, but you're always there to realign the compass when things start drifting. It's that kind of leadership that sticks with people. That teaches by example, not just instruction.

I have learned a lot from watching you work and even more from how you handle challenges. Calm in the storm, focused even when things get chaotic. There's a steadiness in your decisions that grounds the rest of us. So whether it's been five months, six, or more, I just wanted to say thank you. For showing up the way you do. For leading with intention. For setting a tone that makes us want to match it.

It's been a privilege working under your leadership, and I am looking forward to what comes next with you still at the helm.
