As for today's lesson on self-reflection and values, I learned that every thing we do has a value that can change/ shape our life in many ways. For instance, students accomplishing their studies need values or qualities such as hard work, honesty, sincerity, consistency, and moral values, and if these values are not implified then as a result the student's academic performance will turn out be a complete failure. So, I would rate myself a 6 out of 10 because I lack some values like consistency. And will try to improve myself to be a 10/10.

My takeaway and lesson learnt from today's aesthetics class on self reflection

Self-reflection means looking into our own thoughts, feelings, and actions to understand ourselves better. When we take time to reflect, we can identify our core values, like honesty, empathy, and perseverance, which guide how we act and make decisions.

These values are important because they shape who we are and how we relate to others. By thinking about our values regularly, we can make sure our actions match what we believe in, leading to a more genuine and satisfying life.

From the lesson taught on Friday, I learned how important it is to understand and stay true to my values. This practice helps me grow personally and improves my relationships and contributions to the community.

After analyzing the qualities of a good student the most important qualities I thought were discipline, resilience, positive attitude and hardwork. Through this lesson I learned that the qualities of a good student I've in me were resilience, patience and discipline. When we were asked to rate ourselves from 1 to 10 with the each qualities list I got a hint that we all were not as serious as we should be with our studies so, with some determination I thought that I should be more serious with my studies and life being consistent, resilient, hardworking and being honest.

From today's lesson I learn the importance of self reflection. Not only that I also learn how to value others .As a students many of us lack value of hardwork,honesty and empathy. For me I also lack value of consistency and to be my close friend I look for a person with value of hardwork,honesty,reliable and genuine especially I look for a person whom I can rely (a person whom I can trust) After rating myself I thought that I have to work hard to rate myself 10/10 in every value and to be a good person

as we jot down some points on the characteristics to become a good student,I seem to be in the neutral which is neither too bad nor good, and I'm hoping I could be the best version of myself when it comes to academic performance. I even think I should focus more on the things needed more in life so I can also be a better person in anyone's live. As we get to know which things we are lacking in I could be able to figure out which lacks in me and which things are good in me,realizing things and I know I could do better.

On the lesson highlighting self reflection and values, I realised that I lack so many things that might pose a great threat to my future, for example, how I don't keep my consistency and how less hardworking I am. I learned that I need to keep the values that I have learned in the past and use them, if not I will be left behind and my life will not be lived properly. I also realised that i am not a very responsible person since I do not make regular schedules and follow them plus I can't keep track of my things. From now on I would like to be devoted to what I started and not stop until I finish it completely, which would help me keep the consistency and sow the seed of a responsible person in me. Moreover, becoming a resilient person can help me develop the patience and respect which could help me later in life.

Through the lesson on self-reflection, I gained a clear understanding of my strengths and areas needing improvement, by rating myself in values such as dedication, hardwork, resilience, honesty, etc. I was able to identify my weakness as hardwork, and realized that my success in academics require more effort and consistency. To improve my hard work, I plan on developing study schedules, as well as daily and weekly goals.

This lesson helped me set realistic, achievable goals by acknowledging my current abilities and areas for growth. Ultimately, I learned that self-reflection is essential for our personal growth and lifelong learning.

Form today's lesson I learnt that the three most important qualities that a student must upholds are hard work, determination and positive attitude (from my point of view) from which I lack hard work, and I am trying my best to do hard work for my examination to improve my academic performance. And moving on to the values that my friends should have in them are empathy, loyalty and reliable and I think most of these qualities are present in them and I am very thankful to them.

As we got into the deeper understanding of various characteristics and aptitude an individual most possess, I have come into the conclusion that there many areas I have been brilliantly invested into and also few areas where I have not put enough effort and let negligence take over me. This lesson has emphasized the most intricate values and qualities we as a student most follow up to be in our highest potential. In my case, as I reflected on my qualities, I came to the realization that I have not been very consistent with my studies. Consistency has been for a while very tough to be in touch with as i got carried away with other activities. Regardless of that, i am a hardworking student determined to always give a try to every opportunity knocking on my door. With immence dedication, I keep up with the downfalls and do not let momentary struggle disrupt long term process. In my student journey, through different aspects I have gained great leadership qualities which brings out the better in me and I have always been grateful for that. When we touched briefly on how we choose our friends I have reflected on the values that I want in my friends, which are loyalty, honesty and respectful. I want my friend to remain loyal with me despite everything because loyalty is the number one virtue in building a trustful bond. Being honest with each other is also important, honesty builds the bridge of undeniable friendship. As I have come across different individuals I have perceived that respect is very important in any bond. By respect, to me it does not mean the outer etiquette but it rather emphasizes the mindset, I would want my friend to respect my opinions, decisions and not down grade me in worse situations. These qualities are essential in every individuals as it brings out growth. This lesson was a wonderful session and it helped me reflect on deeper aspects of an individual.

During the aesthetic class, we explored the definition of aesthetics as a philosophy concerned with the nature of beauty and value. The Interactive learning helped me explore about myself and know about my strength and weakness.While I found many of the theories compelling, some seemed outdated when applied to contemporary forms of digital and interactive media. However, class discussions often bridged these gaps by bringing in modern examples and interpretations. Though this is my first experience of attending aesthetic class I found it helpful.

My take away from aesthetic's class on self reflection and values is that I got to reflect on myself about how honest, punctual, responsible, consistent , hardworking, etc.. I am and through this I get to realize that I should really bring some good changes in my way of living to become a better human being in future. It is because at the end no matter what you do or what you become it is very crucial to become a good human being. A person with lots of good behavior and discipline would surely become successful in life and achieve their every goal. The lessons I have learned from the last session has left a huge impact on me not just as student but also as a person. I learned that no matter how rich a person is but if the person lacks in values then the person will not be able to have definite goals or be able to achieve them.
