What does it mean by both parents going out to work?
Not only the male is going out to work, the female now can also go out to work and contribute income to the family.
Usually, there will be another family member or a maid to watch over their children. Resulting in having lesser time with their children.
Women in the past have the role of taking care of children and they were not allowed to go out and work. Women earlier had only the road of home maker alone, now they are the home maker and bread winner together.
