-Afford better healthcare from more costly but higher quality hospitals, better schools which requires more money and hire tutors to help their child's schoolwork.
-No financial problems,better financial stability and family will be happy.
-Children will develop to be independence at a young age.
-Without parents supervision at home,they have to do everything by themselves.
-They must learn how to cook for themselves or go out to buy food.
-They gain useful skills that they can apply in their future jobs and life.

Not only the male is going out to work, the female now can also go out to work and contribute income to the family. 
Usually, there will be another family member or a maid to watch over their children. Resulting in having lesser time with their children. 
Women in the past have the role of taking care of children and they were not allowed to go out and work. - Parents will neglect their childrens and not take good care and show love.
-  No parent's supervision will lead to their children to take on bad habits due to peer pressure. Eg. Drugs, smoking, or even game addict.
- Children may fall in bad company as they get freedom and their parents doesn't check up on them.
-  Children may feel lonely, hopeless and less important as their own parents neglect them.
- Also,  parents will not know what is happening in their child's life, good or bad.
