In today's society, student need to know how to use technology in most professions and in most day-to-day life. If we don't give students the tools to learn and function in society, we are essential failing them. By using technology, students can get support and input that they teacher can not provide. Some students learn better this way. Technology also allows for parents to get involved in their students learning experiences as often the instructions and materials are online. It allows for more parent-child interaction especially if their is a language barrier between home life and school life.
