    • Drug deaths have skyrocketed, in 2014, 326 people died from opium overdose. 
    • residence have repeatedly raised the issue of heroin addiction. 
    • New Hampshire spends $8 per capita on treatment for substance abuse. Which is not a lot compared to other states such as Connecticut.
