My physical, mental, social, emotional, financial, and spiritual health are what help me have a good personality. I have very nice spiritual health because my family has taught me a lot. My social health is a little bad because sometimes I become a very antisocial person. My physical mental health is good because exercise is what I like the most because it keeps me healthy. And my emotional health is hard to manage because sometimes sadness and nostalgia overcome me.

Speaking about my strengths and weaknesses, my strengths are that I'm a creative person, emotionally intelligent, a team player, and optimistic. My weaknesses include: I sometimes lack self-confidence, I'm forgetful, and I put everything before time.

My academic performance this year was a little bad, for my personality in my studies it was hard for me to adapt to my new school, what I would have done differently would be to be organized, write down my homework, put more of my effort into my studies, even though it was my first year in a new school and a new country, I tried to give my best.

What I remember from my climbing year will be the people who helped me get used to my new school, who helped me understand better and who made me have good memories.

I chose the song by Coldplay since it is a group with very melancholic and nostalgic attitudes. The song "Vida la Vida" is a song that taught me that at any moment it can be better than ever. It makes me realize that I am a powerful person who can achieve what I dream of.
