I was at a stage in life where I didnt have the motivation to do anything and just constantly worry and complain about my life. Everything about my life was negative.

. I also wasnt making the best decisions. Once i let go of people and certain habits I started to see a clear path to where I was heading and I was proud. Ive been focusing on appreciating the flaws of life because they're the times that give us the room to make improvment and reflect.

I tired baking macarons for the first time. I expected that mixing the batter throughly would make them smooth, but I over-mixed it instead. The result was completely flat macarons whithout the small rise (feet) there supposed to have. I learned that in baking, sometimes less movement is more.

I think after years of living in Canada, my personality has changed drastically. I was guarded and serious when I was younger, contrast to how I'm more brighter now that I'm older. I think this change happened when I started high-school, when I started to have self acceptance in the way I was. I started to learn to let go of how others think about me, which was one of the major reason why I changed significantly.

All of that has resulted in me managing my anxiety very well recently but it also did not come easy for me as it was very extreme for me at times.

One thing that I did that I got an opposite result was giving my all. You could give everything you have to your surroundings expecting them to return it back, and the opposite thing happened. That having such expectations could sooner result in our downfall most of the time, where we expect certain things like how people in our surrounding should act towards us. Because of that, I acknowledged that and used it as an example that only what we expect within ourselves we can change, but our surroundings and how we expect something from others could sometimes be our downfall

One major thing that I did for two years was to get out of my comfort zone. My whole 19 years of existence, all I ever wanted was to stay home, and just stay in that phase forever. However for the past two years, Ive learned how to get out in this world, such as learning how to travel on my own, and even learning how to live by myself. At 19, it was such a pleasure because I feel so far ahead than what was expected in this society. It makes me proud how it makes me so complete learning and opening such new opportunities in my life that really affected my growth.

Shyra

6) One thing I recovered from or still recovering from is my past. Past has become one of my greatest weaknesses that really does affect my future now. The way I think, and speaks were all because of my past. From HighSchool traumas, and finding independence through getting out of my comfort zone has really become one of my traumas. Through learning how to live by myself at such a young age, and pushing myself to learn what's out there was something I wasn't prepared for. To recover from my past is something that is so hard to forget, yet so easy to learn how to live with.

I've always wanted to learn independence at such a young age to learn whats out there. so I DID move out. looking back, those fantasies really humbled me enough to know more about what life really is like out there. The younger me and my fantasies from the fast to fantasize life really has a deeper side of it which I never knew about in comparison to staying in my actual comfort zone. It is a result of what I expected because younger me would have thought that moving out was all about romanticizing your peace, but it added so much stress through endless bills, and taking care of myself.
