I feel I often speak things into existence when I am stressed , negative, over thinking of the worse outcomes that's exactly how it goes for me and when I am more optimistic, realistic, and call about any situation , in return the outcome is never negative for me. I have definitely battled with anxiety and depression and sometimes I still doubt myself. In my current state of mind I am very realistic and believing in myself, goals and dreams as well as taking the actions to get closer to the finish line.<br>Shantel Riggs </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When listening to this video,I found myself thinking wow that's me.<br>I have a lot of STRESS in my life currently. I keep trying to get a hold on it but it just keeps winning. When I'm stressed I know I'm so Negative. It shows in everything I say or do. I've fought with stress and depression for most of my life and I just keep plugging along. It's very hard to change your attitude, when nothing else is changing. I'm actually in therapy for depression and  negative thinking, stress. I think I would like to try the Mindfulness and CBT. You never know it might work.<br>Lucretia<br><br></div>]]></description>
