Three things I learned from the four sessions were patience, accuracy, and decisiveness. Crafting the decision tree and encoding in the readiness assessment tool entails patience especially when filling in the data in the decision tree and accuracy because the data needed should not come out of magic. The data needed should come from the consolidated LESF and the teachers' LCP. Added is the way instructions were relayed on how BEST we should answer the tools and how BEST we should interpret it the results. Personally I lean more on interpreting the results based on the overall DATA as reflected in the LESF bearing in mind the:
1. Multiple options in some of the LESF questions
2. Conflicting LESF answers example: They want ONLINE delivery BUT they have NO GADGETS OR NO INTERNET (common sense tells us that these should then be recorded under MODULAR BUT they tell u to record under ONLINE)
3. Perhaps it would have been better to accomplish the LAC LEADERS AND FACILITATORS EARLIER than the rest of us since it would probably result in less confusion

The salient points of the Decision Tree helped me in facilitating the decision of the school heads in choosing the learning modalities. As I knew from the discussion that a Decision Tree is a diagram used by decision-makers to determine the action process or display statistical probability. It provides a practical straight forward way for the school heads to understand the potential choices of decision –making and the range of possible outcomes based on a series of problems. Decision-makers in school like the principals can eventually weigh each action plan against the risks to make a final choice.
According to Roy E. Disney, “ When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.” This is what decision tree is very much alike because it clearly lay out the problem so that all the options can be challenged; allow us to analyze fully the possible consequences of a decision; provide a framework to quantify the values of outcomes and the probabilities of achieving them; help us to make the best decisions on the basis of existing information and best guesses. This should also best be used in conjunction with common sense.

Issues and Concerns:
The questions in the decision tree do not coencide with the questions in the LESF. In the LESF , the parent can put a check as many as he can. So, if we just rely on the generated result from LESF, the data we may reflect in the decision tree is not reliable for the reason that one parent can be counted more than once if he put a check on laptop, desktop and tablet at the same time for example.
