Lesson 1 used both the ball and heel and is about moving all the major joints at once to safely move in and out of the floor. This video shows how it has been used in progressively harder ways throughout which has been incredibly satisfying to do. This is how intrinsic motivation has improved my dance training.

In the first video the stability is much stronger than it was at the start of term but there is still some hand movement to help stability. However in the second video there is much more stability because of the flexibility and strength in my wrists.

Within Ground its important to have your toes exposed to the floor in order to move quickly and effectively. Because of my hamstring stretches i have been able to improve my work within ground based and it has made it much easier to do.
