Thank you for coming to the Padlet! Please leave your comments below, regarding what you would like us to STOP (something you're not overly keen on), START (something you'd like us to introduce to the module) and CONTINUE (something you are enjoying and want to see carried on). We will give you feedback on how we've taken your comments on board in the new year. Thank you for your continued support!

This is the first time I have been taught by you and I must say that your teaching style is fantastic. You have this incredible ability to connect with students through telling or listening to stories related to the lecture content. Your advocacy for diversity at the Uni is so inspiring/appreciated and the passion you put in to your research area and teaching has not gone unnoticed. The patchwork blogs cause a lot of stress because i really don't know what to discuss sometimes. Nevertheless, i really enjoy the module! The assignment preparation was SO helpful - THANK YOU!

I absolutely love the module so far, the teaching style is interactive and the use of discussions provide opportunities to understand the content from another students perspective which is really helpful!

But - concerning the patch work blogs - whilst the questions are useful for the structure I think students would benefit from a brief before the first one is due explaining the tone they are meant to have. I am aware that they are meant to be personal to you, but its hard to judge whether you are producing content which will facilitate a good quality assignment at the end of the academic year (when AS2 is due).

Other then that, you are all doing amazing :)

Well done Charlotte for being such an amazing role model for us! I think it must be really hard for lectures to get a good balance of work load, content, and friendliness in the senimar/lectures and you can do all three! I always feel like I can ask whatever question and not be judged! Thanks for being amazing! Have a lovely christmas!

I've found the blogs quite difficult to write at times as they are about personal experience and I've had to think about things I've never discussed before and had buried deep. However, i hope it will quite cathartic in the end!

I swear i need therapy after the patchwork blogs, they make you think about things that are sometimes too deep and then you feel like you're telling an X Factor sob story. But you're great Charlotte, loving the lecture content and your energy girllll, omg love it :)

This is definitely my favourite module and I genuinely don't have any criticisms. I love all of your lectures (Charlotte) and also really enjoyed Eva's class. I wasn't there for much of Sarah's class, so can't comment on that one. The topics are interesting and engaging. It's such a thought-provoking module and I think everyone should do it. It's current, applicable and so valuable. Keep doing what you're doing and keep being you! Also, your NILE site/the announcements are fab. You're super speedy with your email responses and you make everyone feel valid. We will miss you next term, but I am looking forward to seeing Katie again. :)

This isn't your fault at all, but maybe timetabling could let us keep the same room throughout. I know there hasn't been much change and we have had 110 more often than not, but I just thought I'd raise it. It might also be nice/useful if we could use the classroom during the online weeks to keep some structure/routine. I know we don't have to do our blogs during our session slot, but that works well for me and stops me forgetting. It also keeps my routine the same. - Again, I know it's probably a timetabling thing. Sorry if I'm feeding back to the wrong person/team.
