If i had to choose someone who underwent the most changes, it would half to be Rainsford. I say this because in the beginning of the story, had this perspective of himself that he was the hunter and had all of these 'facts' about the animals being hunted. He also believes that the mammals ebing hunted didn't have feelings.

Once Rainsford met General Zarroff, and found out what he meant when the general told him his 'most dangerous game,' Rainsford found out what it was like to be hunted instead of being the hunter. From this, he experiences what the animals feel and the nimals feelings through this.

In the end, Rainsford has a whole new perspective/attitude on the way animals feel and respecting them. It' amazes me how quick his attitude and respect of animals changes over a coupe of nights being put in their position.
