Cancer is a disease characterized by uncontrollable cellular growth in a specific part of the body. These cancerous cells form tumors, which divide and grow to destroy healthy cells in the body. The disease becomes exponentially harder to treat the longer it is in the body, due to the disease's constant growth. This makes early detection of the disease crucial towards survival. The main difference between prostate and breast cancer is the area the tumor is located in.
