What: This is an interview as part of research to write a profile essay on Marco. The nature of the interview is to ask him questions and find details about his life to be use on the essay. Some of the question that will feature in this interview are:

·       As a kid, what was your favorite past time?

·       What you wanted to become as a kid?

·       What schools did you went to and how they impacted your future?

·       How do you decided to become an engineer?

·       How did you got started in the engineering testing business?

·       What is the most important project you have work on?

·       What are some of the things in your bucket list? 

·       Who is your favorite historic figure and why?

·       What is the most unexpected place you have found yourself in?

·       What is the most bizarre food you have tried?  

·       If you could change something in the world, what would it be?

·       What is your favorite sport?

Where: The interview will take place in the D-Lobby of the Home Depot headquarter in Atlanta, GA.

When: The propose dates are Thursday January 31, 2019 or Friday February 1, 2019. 

Why: During the last year, Marco has set a new standard of quality and new records in cost avoidance (financial metric), amount of project completed, workplace safety, and associates morale.      

How: The interview will be recorded using a Nikon HD camera and several photograph will be taken as well. In addition, an iPhone will be use to record the audio of the interview as a backup.
