We haven't done anything with this I think this year, might by nice for 2022?
E.g.:
- If we want to focus more on sustainability we can do something for the environment e.g. a clean-up
- We're an event company so maybe we can 'donate' some of our skills and time to charities like 'make a wish'
- There's a lot of ask to help lonely elders, we could organise something a couple of times for them

1. HR: someone specialized for HR (Jolanda already great help!

2. DDG Team getaway got cancelled but still very much looking forward to trip to Portugal. Let's try to make this happen!

3. Growth: focus on training of new people must be prioritized and focus on what people like and are good at

4. We must do some volunteering/ charity (ref. what Salesforce does for example)

5. Let's keep on doing this!

Keep on growing as a team but also as individuals. Keep on focussing on these points and go back to them every now and then. Also create personal goals for all of these subject so people feel like they have reached these goals if they want to

2. Face to face get togethers when we can - get to know each other better outside of work

2. When possible again go to events together like a concert north sea jazz or whatever.
3. See if there are any overlap in wishes for learning and do it together so we are motavating each other to persue it.
