Today had a rough start, but I'm glad i got to get my mind off things even for a little bit with this webinar. I'll learn to look at the brighter side if things – like how stress can bring me to realize my capabilities and my limitations. It's best to be thankful for everything, even when you think it wasn't what you wanted, it may have been what you needed.

It is really important to take a breather between hectic schedules and tasks being done in our daily lives. Our physical and mental wellbeing should be our number one priority and we shouldn’t be guilty whenever we feel like taking a break despite a lot of tasks still lining up that are needed to be accomplished. We shouldn’t wait for fatigue to be a sign that our bodies are tired, but instead should make a habit of resting for a while and to energize ourselves to take on the other duties we have to do with a renewed sense of motivation to finish it.

The best reminder someone gave me is that "There is beauty in taking a rest". We always fantasize the hustle and grind culture but we forget that too much is bad too. It's nice to learn to listen to your body and take a pause when needed. Appreciate your progress, pause, then keep going.

although it is encourage to see the positive side in every situation, i believe it’s equally important to acknowledge that you’re sad or stressed and struggling. this is life. it’s not all about the positive side, too much of it can be toxic. so yea, you pause, acknowledge whatever it is your feeling (whether good or bad), assess if you need help—and you start from there. :))
