         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have only ever used basic functions of excel, to create sign in sheets or lists. Using the excel formulas and research, I was able to create a budget of a technology that was rolled out at my facility and understand the cost investment the hospital made in it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before this course, I used basic google searches and google scholar to locate research and information. Now I use the ASU Library database, in particular CINAHL. I have learned to not use sentence structures in searches. Use and/or to add additional parameters to my search. Also using parameters such as including a PDF file and research between certain dates help in providing relevant and up to date research. <br><br>Attached is a video tutorial for advanced search</div>]]></description>

My unit recently rollwed out two new projects this year and the resistance to change is very clear among staff. </div>]]></description>

         <title>5)TELEHEALTH</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Working in a hospital setting, I had not heard much about Telehealth in practical uses. The most impressive one I learned about, via discussion boards, was Tele-stroke. Its capabilities of prevention, education, and consultation to communities that don't have access is truly remarkable. </div>]]></description>
