Now I use the ASU Library database, in particular CINAHL. I have learned to not use sentence structures in searches. Use and/or to add additional parameters to my search. Also using parameters such as including a PDF file and research between certain dates help in providing relevant and up to date research.

The most impressive one I learned about, via discussion boards, was Tele-stroke.
