Nothing stops the lifeblood of a classroom as quickly as the words essay- say the words and the the groans are audible, the eyes are rolling,and students are shutting down. It is true- essays are painful and hard; however necessary they may be. However, for many of you, probably most, essays and academic writing will be forgotten shortly after high school or college. However, basic writing skills will not be able to be pushed aside. Your writing ability will forever be a reflection of you whether it be on social media or in the business realm.
