More focused on those who don't have the financial resources to start a business and earn money. Some of the things we did was creating our instagram page and hiring a designer to create our logo. Then, we edited a video explaining what our project was and already posted it in our page. We also created a TikTok page and posted the same video. Later, we created a schedule for posts. Then, we started on working on marketing. Our goal was to have at least 100 followers in our instagram account before the end of the week. We started sharing our @ to many people that we know and that we don't know through several whatsapp groups. We also posted something that teaches teenagers how to transform their ideas in profitable business.

While I worked in the PowerMinds project, I also worked with Kombosa Seletiva, a NGO that collects trash in establishments (schools, condominiums, etc), and give the correct "end" to the trash. Kombosa is an organization led by independent street trash collectors, so, they don't have the knowledge of how to use technology in their favor. That's exactly where my friend Hans and I were helping them. We already did many htings in order to help Kombosa such as a spreadsheet that allows thgem to easily keep track of the quantity of materials they are collecting, and the place they collected each material, including the date. A google form is connected to the spreadsheet, so once they go to the collection point and collect trash from place, they can fill out the form with the corresponding data. In this way, once a client ask for this data, they can simply take a look at the spreadsheet and send them that data. We, right now, we will be checking with Bispo if the price of a kg of each type of trash is still the same as the one he sent before, since the spreadsheet also gives them the amount of money they are receiving within each material. We also saw, during the conversation, that there is still room for improvement. We could create one spreadsheet for each client that Kombosa have, in this way, the information will be more organized and simpler to look when needed.

We will make a structure in the garbage cans that will be created, and the garbage taken, in bags, will be converted into points. There will be a page on our website to scan the QR Code of the bins. When scanning, the user will be directed to an interface that will have to record a 30-second video from that moment on, of him weighing the trash that will be next to the trash can and throwing his waste into the trash can. With this, the points will be automatically credited to your account, making the process much easier and achievable. These points can later be exchanged for real money, making our user exchange their garbage for money!

Each collection point will have a sensor and a scale, so that, when the trash can is full, an automatic message is sent to the company responsible for the logistics of the garbage - in this case, Kombosa Seletiva -, with the location of the trash can to carry out the collect.

The garbage can at the collection point will also have a scale to calculate the amount of garbage that each user is discarding. For example, user "b" has 5 kg of plastic in his house, so he decides to use our app. He will be able to use a tool in our application to find the collection point closest to his residence. Upon arriving at the collection point, he will scan a qr code that will be next to the bin, the user application will then connect with the respective bin, then he will have 30 seconds to record the video of him measuring the weight of his waste and discarded in the trash can. The amount of discarded garbage will be converted into points that can later be converted into real money by the user.
