Hello and Assalamualaikum, I am Muhammad Akmal Hadi B. Md Shukri from 3K8. I was given birth on 2nd of May 2004 and currently am 15 years old. I'm from a small family of 5 living in Terengganu and entered KolejPERMATApintar 2 years ago that was at the age of 13. Being here at PERMATApintar has brought me many fun experiences an definately has help me into developing myself. For my hobby, It would of course be swimming. Swimming is my passion, it's simply just a part of me. I've been swimming since I was a little kiddo and Alhamdulillah, I got the chance to enhance my skills here as for the provided swimming pool. I love food containing cheese or cream. You name it, Ice-cream, cakes, pizza, lasagna, all I could digest. As for my studies, I'm aiming into being an internist, that is a doctor that specializes in internal medicine. Why? because it would be a satisfaction for me, when someone could help another's life. It would be my duty to take care of my parents as a son that they had helped developed till who I am today. Finally, I hold to the motto, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going" by Joseph P. Kennedy. This inspirational quote has brought me into facing a lot of challenging situations and moments. It really took long for me to make decision cause honestly I didn't like both, but it came to my gut that English literature was the right choice. When i came to the point everyone was choosing their classes, I saw most of my friends going for Psychology and it really did pissed me off. However, I still encouraged my self to go with my choice. Class started as usual, I was shocked my name was first in the list. We started with an introduction session for the whole first class, We introduced ourselves and as a bonus our favourite form of literature, eg: novels, movies and etc. The lecturer instructed to teach my class was Mr. Kamaruzzaman and that did make the class more alive. The presence of you made the class not boring. After the first class, we were assigned to make our own padlets.I was a bit confused at first, but I made my way and now have my own padlet! We made a group via padlet where Mr. KZ gave us a lot of reading materials such as "The yellow wallpaper", "A rose for Emily" and much more. We then were given random groups for our group works that consisted of our carry marks. My group was the last group to present and my group members were supportive so we managed to prepare a good slide. Through the weeks, we had to go through every group's presentation, that some were very boring and informative, and others were fun and simple. However, in what condition the presentation was I did managed to gather a dozen of information for that we were required to take notes. For the last class, we made a quiz. As noted, the quiz would be at any time, and for my bad I wasn't prepared at all for the quiz. As for that, the marks for my quiz was 14 out of 25 and that really did teach me a lesson into being prepared at all times.

In a nutshell, English literature is a well developing class and because it in one way helps with my normal English class, I regret not a single bit for choosing this elective class. I have learnt a lot even though it has only been 3 months with this class and I hope English literature helps expanding my vocabulary for a brighter future. 1. Make more outdoor activities involving all students
2. Watch educational movies to open students minds
3. Go for a field trip that would make students more interested with literature
4. Do not cram to much info in one class as it could make students less interested
