Step 3: Develop an Action Plan

Based on your results, create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) action plan to improve your inclusive design skills.

• Specific: Learn WCAG standards and ARIA implementation.

• Measurable: Complete two online courses (e.g., WebAIM or Deque University) within three months.

• Achievable: Dedicate 2 hours per week to study and practice.

Goal 2: Improve Testing and Iteration Skills

• Specific: Conduct at least three usability tests with diverse users.

• Measurable: Plan, execute, and analyze tests for one project within two months.
