When I walked into our section, I felt a bit out of place as an undergraduate. This quickly changed as I felt welcomed from the very first moment. Whether it's through an energetic check-in or an activity that leaves me feeling more closely connected to myself and my ancestors, I am so thankful for how you conducted this class. I experienced so much love and growth all thanks to you and my classmates. I hope to keep in touch AT, thank you for everything and for always greeting us with a smile! Your hard work as a TF is very much appreciated! Here's to another game day on Felipe's rooftop (I promise I'll try to be less competitive)!

AT- thank you for making our section such a beautiful space of community, joy, growth, care, and healing! I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to complete this ethnic studies work alongside you and my classmates. Your energy and spirit were infectious all semester and, for lack of a better word (and in addition to so many other wonderful things) you made section feel cozy:) I engaged with myself and my own trauma and healing in ways that I don't think I would have were I in a different space. Thank you for having creative crafts day and for reminding me that it's okay to "play" at any age!! I will miss our time in section next semester and I hope to stay in touch!!

AT — thank you for such a wonderful semester! You truly cultivated a space that was welcoming, inclusive, and FUN! I always enjoyed our sections. Whether we were discussing readings or our resonant connections, drawing and crafting, or eating on Felipe's rooftop — it was always a great time! I will miss this space but I am grateful to have experienced it, especially as my first encounter with HGSE. Thank you again and I hope you have an awesome holiday season!

Thank you so much for all of the love and wisdom you brought to our section this semester :) I always looked forward to our section, in large part because of the energy of authenticity, thoughtfulness, healing, play, and warmth you set. I'll always remember the first day, when we went from screaming and laughing as we played a game in Cambridge Common to thoughtfully reflecting on the readings together. That to me really sums up our section - oscillating between laughing and playing together and deeply processing and healing together. Sending big hugs and tons of gratitude! <3 Kate

It’s been a gift to be a part of your T004 and to build with the community you created and facilitated. Your section gave me space to reflect deeply on my humanity and ancestral story and to honor how those things connect with the stories of other BIPOC. Thank you for who you are. Thank you for your creativity and energy. You gave me space to be me and checked in when I needed extra support (particularly at the beginning of the semester when I was like how the fuck am I going to do this). Thank you a million times over. I hope we will stay in touch.
