I am giving out my dearest apologies to those who were effected and mistreated by the conditions of the camps, during World War ll. The U.S. government is now reaching out to you and your loved ones with sincere apologies to you about the way that you were treated. We now know that it was very wrong of us to take you away from everyone and everything including your homes, work, cars, and other property and valuable items. We are now offering you $20,000 and our apologies. We are very sorry that we thought it would be a good idea to rip away your freedom to save the freedom of others. On that day of December 7th, 1941, when the Japenese bombed Pearl Harbor, everyone was scared, nervous, frantic, and confused. That day is a day that no one will ever forget. That day is also the day that your whole life changed. People viewed you differently, frowned upon you, and were always skeptical about your intentions and actions. We hope that you can forgive us, and accept our money and apologies.
~The U.S. government

We don't have a right to be so harsh to you, your families and friends. Some of you helped us win the war and yet here we were mistreating you. Pearl Harbor was a very big impact to our country, but, our racist comments and selfishness got to us and discriminated you for something more than many of you didn't do. Putting you far away from us just to make our country feel safe wasn't any means necessary to do. What we did was very unacceptable and we should have never done this to all of you. On behalf of our apology, we are giving you $20,000 for how we mistreated you. We will now go on and become a free country once more.
Thank you.

Dear fellow Americans,

I would like to give my sincere and deepest apologies for the way that you were treated. We should have never treated you the way that we did. We shouldn’t have sold your properties and we should have never sent you to Internment Camps. We feared that we would be attacked again. The way that we treated you made Americans think they were allowed to disrespect you. We want to thank the loyal Japanese Americans who served in the war to protect the United States Of America. Therefore we want to apologize and give you $20,000 to repay you for what you had to go to.
