As well as how it directly influence mental health disorders. The goal of these group counseling sessions is to reduce bullying and shine light on the heavy influence of financial limitations and mental well being. </div>]]></description>

As well as passing out flyers to teachers to post around classrooms, posting flyers around the school campus, making social media post through the schools page, and emailing parents of the counseling sessions information.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Will use the arrangement above the help keep structure within my group counseling sessions. I will express emphasize on the orientation stage/forming. This is vital that students understand the goals and boundaries set early on in sessions in order for all students to benefit from sessions. As well as maintaining confidentiality.&nbsp;<br><br>Rules of confidentiality are predetermined as well as respecting others boundaries and giving others the respect deserved when sharing. Rules that can be determined as groups go on are the rules around sharing past experiences/thoughts on topics being discussed. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stage 1: In plans of building trust between group members and myself I will first address the limitations of confidentiality and reiterate throughout all sessions the rules surrounding confidentiality. As well as being the first to initiate my past experiences and knowledge of mental health and financial hardships.&nbsp;<br><br>Stage 2: I plan at each group counseling session to have hands on activities and incorporate scenarios and visuals to keep group members attention on learning. To gauge progress throughout the group sessions I will ask questions at the end of each session surrounding topics that were discussed and covered in the previous group session.&nbsp;As well as at the end of all sessions I will conduct a post assessment. <br><br>Stage 3: At the completion of all group counseling sessions I will conduct a post assessment and reiterate any information that was commonly misunderstood or not retained. I will revisit and summarize all information covered throughout sessions. Help students understand the importance of the information covered past their current life stage. Help students understand that the practices they learned of are apart of lifelong learning and being able to understand the differences and similarities with our peers. Lastly making students aware that information shared especially personal details of each students lives are not to be shared with others and ensuring it will not be shared again. Writing and informal contract for all members to sign and address this concern. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best leadership style to work with my group will be participative as well as delegate. I feel this approach would best work for the age group I plan to implement this group session in middle and high school students. A lot of children do not respond to authoritative leaders. As well as this being a sensitive topic I feel allowing students to make their own rules and decisions is best when possible. The most influential leadership style will be participative. It is important to know they are not alone in facing these struggles as well as helping them see mental health and financial hardships happen in many stages of life. </div>]]></description>
