         <description><![CDATA[<p>In order to foster growth mindsets, students first must realize the value of effort and being persistent, normalizing the struggle is a way to do so, celebrating any sort of progress or accomplishments, as well as encouraging words.</p><p><br></p><p>Another important aspect of growth mindsets is to not be put down by making mistakes, and helping students realize that making mistakes is one of the greatest parts of learning, encouraging risk taking and analyzing mistakes is a great way to do so.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My ideal math learning would look like a room full of conversations about mathematics, with students at boards trying problems, explaining their logic to partners. I just want to see everyone trying and engaged with the material, as long as you are trying your best, that will go very far.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ideal math teaching in my classroom would begin with a great conceptual understanding of topics, using a large whiteboard and being able to draw pictures and such to support the content, following a lecture-college-type of lesson, having an engaging and real world activity involving the content is what I would like.</p>]]></description>
