 The first line graph depicts the changing of the population  changes of three wild  animals in North American and its coastal places between 2011 and 2016. While the pie chart illustrates the percentages of the federal expense of those animals protection. It is easy to see that the changing       change  of bears’ population was an upward trend while the figure       that of dolphins was has witnessed the downward one. The proportion of bears protection spending was the majority of the pie chart. Throughout the period, the variation of the bears’ population was dramatically rose from 5 to 190. The number of dolphins was declined significantly from 2011 to 2013 then gradually went down to 0 in the last period. During six  specific years, the whales’ population variation fluctuated between 50 to 100. The federal expense was mainly spent on protecting the bears and accounted for 65%. At first sight,  Overall , it can be clearly seen from the first graph that the population of Bears has increased significantly from zero to about 170,000 . On the other hand, that of dolphins has witnessed the opposite trend .There has a plunge in Dolphins population from 150,000 in 2011 to about zero in 2016 . Moreover, in the second chart, more money was used in spent on  protecting Bears compared to Dolphin protection expense.

( Such a vast fall in dolphin numbers can be attributed to just five percent of federal funds devoted to this species of wildlife . On the other hand , a disproportionately large percentage of funds has been devoted to bears)

The population of whales ; however ,  fluctuates during the given period and stays at around 80,000 in 2016 . The federal government devotes  30 percent  of its funds on the preservation of whales .

Clearly , there is a direct correlation between the amount of federal funds allocated to a species and its population growth.

In the first graph, the quantity number of Dolphins reached its highest point in 2011, at 150. By contrast, his figure of Bears was the   lowest, about 5. However, in 2016, these numbers witnessed converse trends: upward and downward. Obviously, while the population of Bears surged from 5 to more than 180, this figure in Dolphins dropped from 150 to 0.

In second graph, the majority of federal fund was spent on Bears protection, at 65%. A slightly less than a third that expense was used in Whales preservation and there was only 5% government money for Dolphins life.

In my opinion, I disagree with people being allowed to travel into space because traveling into space is a waste of money, pollutes the environment, and it is also extremely dangerous.
Firstly, let us take a look at travel into space which  would take a lot of money. Money to buy spacecraft It  is  very expensive to buy or build a spacecraft  even  more than the amount of money for other vehicles. We can use that money for the charity that will be of great help to everyone.  Secondly, travel into space causes environmental contamination. When the spacecraft operates, it will discharge a huge amount of emissions into the environment, and when the spacecraft is launched, it will seriously affect the ozone layer. This is going to destroy our planet. Lastly, travel into space is a risky and dangerous journey. We will not be able to guarantee that the spacecraft will work without any errors. Unlike other ways/ modes  of  travel, once something goes wrong, we will not have any chances to survive the incident .
There are also some people who say that travel into space is an opportunity to expand knowledge. However, I think space will not have anything to help people, except for stones and sands. 
In summary, the disadvantages of traveling into space outweigh the advantages. Therefore people should not travel into space because it is very expensive and causes environmental contamination.
