To explain, people can have more space in the countryside as/since/because there are fewer buildings. They may also buy land for themselves. Therefore, they can own hobby gardens and grow their own fruit and vegetables. That means, if they don’t use any chemicals, they can eat/consume organic food. Besides that, they can plant trees, and pick fresh fruit. Even though people don’t grow any fruit or vegetables, they can find fresh food in the markets and shops. In brief, it is easier to access fresh and organic food when/if people live in the countryside.
