It is hard to track the status of each case, especially when there are several simultaneous cases (e.g. several databases having access issues, multiple cases of excessive downloading, etc.). Also, when the person leaves, there is no archive email to refer to if the new person wants to find out previous cases. Therefore, LTG needs a proper system that tracks and manage enquiries, replies, and keep the thread of conversation when resolving issues. I have seen several of our vendors use such system which are very efficient and I can search and browse all my cases reported.
