While working together with the different perspectives may cause disagreements and conflicts later on. In the story, “The Interlopers,” by Saki, two families trying to keep the forest safe created a conflict of man vs man due to disagreements. In the story "The Interlopers" by Saki it states, “The two enemies stood glaring at one another for a long silent moment.  Each had a rifle in his hand, each had hate in his heart and murder uppermost in his mind.” Ulrich and Georg has a problem with each other. They both dislike each other with a great passion to the point where they want to kill the other. The feud that started with their family created a conflict between Ulrich and Georg because they really dislike each other since they were young and they were taught that. Every since they were young, they were taught to dislike the other which created a feud between them. This evidence proves that disagreements and family feud creates the conflict of man vs man. Ulrich has a problem with Georg and the same with the other way around. When they are met in the fields with a gun, they get the eager of shooting the other. They held in their hate for a long time and they were given a chance to do what they wished for a long time. Even though they know it’s not right, their feelings and emotions took over their body to shoot the other. When there is disagreement between people, it often leads to conflict if it is not resolved peacefully.

In the short story, “The Interlopers” by Saki, we see a conflict of man vs man. 

This means the two men hated each other. They thought murder was a solution. It was something that crossed their minds. It was hate, not just disliking someone. 
This proves that there was a conflict with the two men since they hated each other and stood in front of one another glaring at each other. It wasn't a simple look, a glance, They were glaring which shows contempt. Standing in front of another the way they were is like a standoff, waiting to see who will act first.  Therefore, there is evidence of conflict. There is evidence of man vs man in “The Interlopers” since the men hated each other. It is evident that when there is a disagreement between two people, it will lead to conflict if it is not resolved.- Xavier

This means that both men ulrich and Georg both had hatred that they both stared down each other with guns, this connects to my claim of man vs man because these two men family’s were fighting for generations and these two now still have that hatred towards each other because they both want ownership of the forest land. Conflict that started from past events can start new conflicts in the present. In the short story, "The Interlopers" by Saki, showcases a conflict between two families over a forest, which leads into a full fledge lawsuit. As generations past, the two sons of both families; Ulrich and Georg hate each other. This is a man vs man conflict because in the story "The Interlopers" by Saki, it states, "The two enemies stood glaring at one another for a long silent moment.  Each had a rifle in his hand, each had hate in his heart and murder uppermost in his mind." This quote shows the hatred both men had for each other, enough hatred enough to the point where both men wanted to kill each other. This shows how the emotion from both men has overtaken them to do a the act of murder to each other.
