I’ve had so much fun running with you these past three years and am really going to miss you. You’ve definitely helped me become a stronger captain and leader because I was so shy in the beginning, but with the help of you I am so much more confident. I’ll miss being able to warm up before meets and hearing your corny cat jokes. I know you’re going to do great things in college and can’t wait to hear about it all. Hopefully this all ends soon so everything can go back to normal!! ❤️

It’s hard to believe our senior year has come to an end already! I’m so thankful to have gotten to know you over the past four years, both through academics and athletics. Your dedication towards your schoolwork, support of others, and ability to overcome your obstacles have made you a role model for so many of your peers, including myself. Keely, I'm 90% sure our first interaction was between me and my friend Elise in our psychology class when you revealed to our long term sub that you had been in a relationship for 2 and 1/2 years. After this me and Elise wanted to punch you in the face but instead we got to know you and realized you're pretty cool. Fifth period with you was just a little more fun and manageable than if you weren't there and it made me realize what you really can accomplish. Keely, I believe that I have only known you for a little bit more than a year now, but I can say that the impression you have made on me in such a time has been quite inspiring. I can say that you have been an important part of what made me want to pursue my own running career. The effort you put into running and becoming a great athlete and leader, is truly inspiring to me. I truthfully can not explain it, but your personality and endeavors have made me want to strive for what I once thought was impossible for myself. So really what I am saying is thank you. Thank you for all the great memories you helped to create during my past, and first, year of running at CR. Thank you for being the great teammate and leader that always inspired me to put all my effort into getting better as an athlete and a person. And thank you for making me realize and remember what is necessary and important to succeed. I wish the best for you and your future, whatever it may bring. Hey Keely!! I wish I got to sign a physical yearbook but this was actually a pretty cool idea. I miss you and Psychology class so muchhh :/ I wish it wasn't cut so short.. it is kinda crazy the last time I saw some the people that Friday could have been the last and we didn't even know it. I reallyyy hope this all ends soon and we get a chance to hang out before you go off to college. I know you will do amazing in college though! You are super smart, determined, sweet and so much more.. the complete opposite of me, lol but, hey that just creates balance. Besides that, you are definitely going to make it far in college and so on. Keely! Are you really graduating?! How is this possible?! It seems like it wasn't all that long ago you walked into my room as a little freshman and now you're graduating! WHAT?! I am so upset that your senior year didn't end the way it was supposed to. We didn't get our face to face good bye. I didn't get a chance to see you accept your diploma. You didn't get to see my cry my eyes out (probably not a bad thing) knowing I wouldn't have the opportunity to see you in the hallways anymore. It has been such an honor to have watched you grow as a student and individual over the last four years. I am so incredibly proud to call you one of "my kids". I am looking forward to seeing everything you do in your next four years. I am wishing you the best of luck at ESU (my mom actually went there)! Miss you so much!

I cannot believe that you and my other first group of Chinese I students will graduate this year! Time flies! We grew up together. I still remember vividly when you were in Chinese I, especially your fashion show about clothing items. You brought a microphone and displayed your clothing items just like a model. You even changed clothes! You were very professional and we had a lot of fun. J I was thinking about you just several days ago when I checked some posts on DE DOE Facebook. I saw your picture for being named one of the Secretary of Education Scholars. Congratulations! It has been such an adventure with you throughout all of our years of school, specifically the last few. You have always been someone who has my back and I truly appreciate that. It is sad to know that our time together has come to end, but it is comforting to know that you are moving on to bigger and better things.
