His wife dies with his unborn kid and he gets  tromitized by this action and he doesnt leave his house for almost a year. Micheal got writers block and couldn't do his job. When he gets out of his house the first thing h does is goes up fearther north in main and go to a little cabin in main that he bought. When he gets there he finds out many diffrent things whale going through 2 weeks of looking and serching to find it. The reason why I chose this song is because at the beginning of the book he started to complain about how he should of been the one to go and not his wife.
