How to create programme to protect new communities (with e.g. migrants/ refugees)

Each village has its own reality and the narrative is specific for the place. You have to look what is unique for this village, to raise competences. 

Use the resources that you already have.

Make new narratives together, new identities built on new and old resources and inhabitants.

Kto jest bardziej potrzebny w osrodku - manager czy animator?

Liderem powinna byc osoba ktora zacheca animatorow do dzialania i odpowiada na potrzeby animatorow.
