I am most excited about the opportunity to connect with fellow emerging researchers from diverse fields. Engaging in discussions, exchanging ideas, and getting new ideas from others' research will not only expand my perspective but also contribute significantly to my own work. I would also like to learn about the difficulties and challenges emerging researches are facing especially PhD students. I’m looking forward to the collaborative atmosphere and the potential to establish lasting professional relationships that can inspire future projects.

I feel I could improve upon overcoming nerves when presenting my research to a large audience. While I’m confident in my work, the pressure of conveying my ideas clearly and engagingly can sometimes lead to anxiety. Additionally, I would like to improve my ability to initiate and sustain conversations during networking sessions. I often find myself hesitating to approach new people, so becoming more comfortable with starting conversations and making connections is an area I’m keen to work on.

I am looking for new contacts and friends to share the experience and design paths for future collaboration. It will be perfect if the ideas and consortium that emerge at the conference will further be continued in project, grant, book chapter, research. I am particularly interested in how the teaching methodologies should be rearranged so as to better prepare the students to deal with uncertainty. It is also interesting to discuss how the research should be arranged to explore the uncertainties and be confident researcher. I recently studied this concept of VUCA and BANI of the world, and see many evidences of it in my practices. See this is a new field for educationalists and researchers. I want to experience whether I can move my communication from the ice moment of getting to know you towards the stage of mutual understanding and willingness to collaborate. For me, a good evidence of good communication is when people from conference do not want to end the conference day at the scheduled time, but they look for opportunities to spend some time in small community outside the conference event.
