1.     Welche Konsequenzen ergeben sich aus den verschiedenen Problematiken bzgl. alter Mensch und medikamentöser Therapie?

Begründen Sie Ihre Antwort, leiten Sie Konsequenzen ab und ziehen Sie Schlussfolgerungen für die Praxis

Mögliche Antwort:
1.
Begründung: Veränderungen des Organismus und seiner Stoffwechselstörungen (schlechter Medikamentenaufnahme, langsamere Verteilung, durch Niereninsuffizienz schlechtere Ausscheidung der Medikamente usw.)
Konsequenz: Medikamente bleiben länger im Körper, mögliche Folge ist die Kumulation von Medikamenten im Körper (z.B. bei Opioiden oder Schmerzmedikamenten).
Schlussfolgerungen für die Praxis: Dosis der Medikamente muss reduziert werden, Überprüfen der Notwendigkeit eines Medikamentes, Dosis bei Niereninsuffizienz anpassen, langsam ein Medikament einschleichen (Opiaten) und Betroffener gut überwachen um Nebenwirkungen sofort zu erkennen usw.
