I could clean, sort out my waste and recycle them appropriately through the blue bins found near my house. This way, I will be able to contribute to efforts in recycling while not hindering the recycling process for example, disposing unhygienic recycled materials into the blue bins.

We could work with Magorium, a company with technology that is able to convert used plastic into NEWBitumen in an environmentally safe way, a sustainable material that is used to construct greener roads. This way, instead of turning our plastics into ash through incineration, we could instead use it as much needed materials for constructing roads in Singapore.

We can start making the effort to recycle using the bloo boxes in class as well as the blue bins around our neighbourhood instead of thinking that it is a waste of effort that will not make a difference.

We can also not throw away our pens when they run out of ink but rather buy new ink cartridges instead of throwing the whole pen itself.

It is possible that the incinerated ashes can be turned to new products, for example in the video, it is said that research has been conducted to turn these ashes to construction products.

We also think that it may be possible for the ash to be used for the soil for fake plants.

Incinerated ashes can be repurposed into cement which is what Singapore is doing. This allows the ashes to be used for making roads, construction work and other more useful purposes rather than just leaving the ash on the island.

- We should award the BIGGEST recyclers (like in terms of total weight of items recycled) with a small gift from the government. People will feel special.

We can use it for construction which is stated in the video. We can use the ash obtained from combustion of organic compounds such as food for agriculture. The ash may contain high nutrient level. We can also use it for the road.

We should use the incinerated ashes to construct new buildings that include, but are not limited to:
- Prisons (Semakau Prison)
- Mental Institutions (New branch of imh)
- Private Condominiums (Semakau Residences)
- Schools (semakau secondary school)

Also we can experiment with repurposing these ashes as fuel if they can be used for combustion
