When I watched the commercial for all three different trucks, they all had a similar theme. Most of the commercials consisted of a masculine voice highlighting how the truck is needed for heavy duty task. They all had been shot in areas of terrain and rocks shown in the picture above. A truck is used for carrying, towing and anything that requires manual labor. To me it seemed to target both genders but mainly towards a man because of how they portray the actors as working and most of them being male feeding into a racial stereotype. its almost seems as if they are bringing light to these trucks as a "man's vehicle". They talk often about how strong and tough the truck could be by doing non realistic actions such as towing a rocket space ship and breaking through concrete. They also target Americans as it is American branded so it forecasts how it supports the United States by how it is "built for Americans". These false expectations for consumers is what upsets many Americans that have been influenced by the mainstream propaganda of how this truck will work through unexpected expectations. These commercials are very sexist as they are always targeting men rather than women which is borderline gender misogyny in my opinion.

The commercial starts with a male speaker giving a lecture as he is looking into the camera and describing how the future isn't created in a keynote address. The next scene is panned to a bunch of men in suits on an airplane discussing a presidential speech about how a speech did not land them on a moon but millions of man hours did. This gender representation as women had no part of getting to space would ultimately describe how they are setting the stage for a patriarchy commercial. Only men are portrayed as they pan from scene to scene to show how it's a masculine way of thinking and doing. They explain how they built the car through new technology for the future. I didn't see any women contributing to the making of the vehicle nor did they have any women voice overs. everything with this commercial has to do with being tough and getting your hands dirty as a man should. This isn't the right kind of representation men should be broadcasting to its American branded vehicle.

The branding of Ram's advertising is that it is America most loyal pick owners. This would explain the marketing strategy they are trying to ploy on our society. The commercial starts out as a preacher explains how god created, a farmer such as a caretaker. Showing each black and white cut scenes of a farm and farmers. The importance of the farmer to be able to do their job as they plow through the harvest. The importance of family values through a Ram truck with its values for the loyal American owners. They always have the saying, "Guts, Glory, Ram". As they show the toughness of the vehicle as it drives through dirt and rain fiercely and effortless. These commercials always give me the impression that it's built for a man rather than a women due to the marketing of their Ram brand. Always playing a manly voice such as Sam Elliot in the background to show how this car means business. Seems very derogatory towards women and their rights to own and operate trucks for any type of use.
