2- The article is briefly talking about the very prominent issue of inflation that has been going on over the past couple of months. Inflation is predicted each year, but not to this extreme. Sadly, this high inflation rate is expected to continue over the next six months. Many people blame the virus and Biden's administration. 
3- The inflation rate is expected to continue and rise over the next 6 months. Roughly 10% of the country says inflation’s effects are so severe that their standard of living has been impacted. About 1/2 of Americans say that higher prices are harming their finances.

Many CEOs were leaving due to there being no work balance. People were afraid that working for a start-up didn't necessarily mean that they were gonna be promised a job. Many CEOs and people got to really get to know their kids and did not want to give that up.

The average job openings in Feb. 2020 (22,072) was compared to those in May 2020 (9,301 - the start of the pandemic) and also those in October 2021 (40,681). This gives you an idea of how many employees are leaving their jobs and how major events in society also impacts those numbers.

3 interesting facts:
1. The pandemic's affect on workers are high, making them feel burned out. This also contributes to the increased percentage of people leaving their jobs.
2. Top executives are in enormous pressure over how to project confidence and stability to scare, isolated and frequently overwhelmed employees. They didn't have any guide or people to help them since this hasn't happened in the past.

America's youngest corporate that are the most ambitious are getting hit hard by this "burnout'. This makes up the huge percentage of those who left their jobs.

This article connects with full employment. This article goes into depth about the numbers and percentages of people leaving their jobs due to the pandemic, events, and personal problems (mainly calling this the "burnout"). People are feeling overworked and overwhelmed.

After months a year of businesses losing profit, the US economy recovered from the pandemic. But, the economy must now deal with the effect of the omicron and delta variant. After the end of the original pandemic, the world began to open up again and jobs and the economic started to exceed. But, with higher growth in these areas, comes higher inflation. When the omicron variant started near December and January, at this rate it seems the economy will decline again.

There was too much pressure being held on their shoulders at the time. Everyone forgot that they also have family's and also could be in the same situation as regular employees. They are humans too and need just as much self/ family time as employees under them.
