Focus: previous research is lack of the adjustment on arbitration agreement in UK commercial legal practice during the Post-Brexit and Covid-19, this research is to fill this gap

Aim: 
This research could have three benefits for commercial and law practitioners. First of all, it enhances the specialty of signing an arbitration agreement for practitioner in business and legal area. Secondly, it provides an analysis for researchers who would like to study the improvement of arbitration in the UK legal system during the brexit transition and pandemic period. Lastly, it recommends other countries imitate the regulations on arbitration settings of UK legal practice when dealing with similar facts.
