Miami-Dale shows that Data accountability or at least some section of that role is belong to IT, but in LAUSD, that is the role for the Office of Data and Accountability and ITD's role is to provide the dashboard, reports and technologies. 
On the other hand ODA is responsible for interpretation of the data and reports to the state and the outside agencies.
