Something that I learned from this video was that when a pilot is driving a helicopter like Matt was in the video. That every square inch of their hands holds 600 hundred touch sensors. Some are near the surface and some are deeper that measure harder sustain pressure. These nervous to matts hands go to his brain and the brain motors nervous to his hands move and operate the controls.

How I felt about this was that it must be very hard to be a pilot and very stressful to remember all these things, look around you and operate all these controls at the same time while flying a helicopter. I felt this way because I get stressed out just by studying for a test, so I understand how more stressful that must be to operate this kind of things.

#2 Stuck on a desert and what our body does when it gets hot.

Something that I learned from this video was that when our skin heats up to above 93 degrees sensors signals to our brain. Its central thermostat uses other nervous to help the cooling process begin. When it starts to begin you will develop sweat and the sweat evaporates to cool us. We sweat about two pints a day. but being stuck in a desert you would sweat way more.

How I felt about this was that I usually think sweating is a bad thing and that it is gross. But it helps me to cool off. So, it makes me not think of it has such a bad thing now. I thought this way because I am a girly girl so sweat is usually not a good option for me but I now we see sweat as a cooling system.
