         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teacher interviewed students to get an understanding of the comprehension levels, as well as their own level of understanding frustration, after reading a selected story. Then, the teacher used interview answers and decided how to group them based on their emotional readiness.  Finally, assignments were individually selected based on their level of readiness.  It was all about individual student perspective. </div>]]></description>
