Considering the rent cost, they will choose small and medium-sized cities.Yichun's products are affordable and suitable for ordinary Chinese consumers. At the same time, they also have their own online shop. If they want to fight against the rapidly expanding competitors, they should accurately analyze their target market positioning and compete with Primark with the same price and higher quality.

Becaue if Primark relies on the traditional way to sell their products even without advertising, fewer and fewer consumer will realise it when buying items. At the same time, other companies kept in touch with e-commerce, they will take up more parts of the market.

In the short term, the decision of Primark that not to set up an e-commerce site seems to have been the right one, because their net profits are lower, which establishing only offline sales could reduce costs. But in the long term, online shopping is becoming more and more convenient, there is also a growing preference for online shopping, especially during the period of epidemic situation. Therefore, if the Primark do not set up an e-commerce site, it will be at a inferior position in the industry competition, and their profits will go down which could faced with the risk of bankruptcy.

Primark does not want to spend a lot of budget to promote its products, the marketing department spends the least. Therefore, they can achieve success by providing customers with cheap products without compromising the quality of their products. Other fashion retailers spend their money on the marketing department.

The mission of Primark is to encourage consumers to make purchases without hesitations by dint of providing the lowest prices. Thus, the actual value expected to be perceived is not the experience of shopping but the products per se. It also planned to grow retail space by 10% within 12 months. It is clear that the strategic plan of Primark is to offset the costs by numerous sales. However, the plan only made sense at that time when other rivals have had higher prices, and any change in the competition relation would influence the operation of the system. According to Marketing Week (2014), new competitors like Lidl have tried to put low-priced garments in their non-food places which clearly threatened the benefit of Primark. Thus, commitment to high street rather than the Internet seemed effective during the short term, but my not work in the long term.
