I am part of the dance team and our Coach makes the rules. Most decisions are made by coach but Captain and Co Captain can made decisions as well. I do believe this way of making rules is fair because it’s less chaotic and way easier to make the decisions that way.

Whoever ever wins rock , a paper, scissor shoot out of the friend group makes the decision. The decision are made by the next person who wins the new round of rock, paper ,scissor shoot.
