I am trying to learn about the advantages of having College be free, like highschool, Middle School, and Elementary School.

I want to learn How having free college like middle school, high school would affect people. Would more people start applying for college or would it still be less people going. Would more people start dropping out if they didn't like it knowing it was free.

I would want the reader to understand how graduation rates, attendance and grades all tie to the main idea which is what if it was free. Would it be a good thing or a bad thing for everybody.

In order to help my reader understand is to encourage more people to take advantage of the opportunity & how its beneficial by comparing the rates etc.
